Our Lifetime Rodent Proofing Warranty covers the specific entry points and exclusion repairs we complete—guaranteed for as long as you own the property. If rodents get back inside through any of our repaired areas, we’ll return to inspect, re-seal, and re-service at no additional charge.

✅ If rodents chew a new hole in any other part of the structure not repaired by ARC, the rodent proofing extended warranty covers the repair + trapping.
✅ If you or a worker creates an opening and rodents get back inside, you are covered under the rodent proofing extended warranty + trapping.
✅ If rodents enter through an open door or window, you are covered under the rodent proofing extended warranty + trapping.
✅ If rodents enter through the sewer system, you are covered under the rodent proofing extended warranty.

- Rodents entering through the sewer system are also covered for a sewer smoke test, accessible temporary repair, and rodent trapping. (Your inspector will have more information.)

Inspection Fee

We charge an inspection fee because a proper rodent inspection is a professional, time-intensive service—not a quick walk-through. Your inspector carefully evaluates the attic, crawl space, exterior, roofline, and all likely entry points, then documents conditions and explains the findings clearly.

Inspection Fee $225 for Structures up to 3000 Sqft

Included with the inspection fee:

  • Rat trap setup during the inspection

  • One return visit to service the traps
